Welcome to Stone Peak Trading. By accessing or using our website (stonepeaktrading.com) and our LinkedIn content service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
We provide a done‑for‑you LinkedIn content creation service. We create and schedule up to 30 LinkedIn posts per month per client, subject to client approval via batch review. The service includes a monthly performance report.
The service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $799/month. Payment is due at the beginning of each month. We use Lenco as our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method. If payment is not received, we may pause or cancel your service after a 7‑day grace period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days’ written notice. To cancel, email phil@stonepeaktrading.com. No refunds are provided for partial months, but you will not be charged for months after cancellation.
You agree to provide accurate information in the onboarding questionnaire and to review content drafts within a reasonable time (typically 3 business days). We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your failure to review or approve content in a timely manner.
All content we create for you is custom‑made for your use. You retain ownership of the final content. We retain the right to use anonymised examples for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone Peak Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of opportunities or revenue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
